Description
The Community Impact Award is given to the business whose owners or employees have demonstrated a commitment to community involvement by participating in community groups (charitable, not-for-profit, business or professional associations), and whose community work or initiatives have improved life for their fellow citizens.
Requirements
To qualify as a nominee for the YK Chamber Business Awards, all applicants must meet the following:
- The nominated business must be operating at the time of nomination and at the time of the presentation of the award
- Businesses must be a member of the Yellowknife Chamber of Commerce. New members welcome!
- Businesses may be nominated for more than one category
